Applicant: Sierra Pacific Industries
File No.: Interim Management Plan #1999-102
Project: Proposal for an Interim Management Plan (IMP) to allow for a temporary plan of mining operations to be in effect during idle production periods, when operations are reduced by more than 90 percent of maximum production over the last five years. The proposed IMP is considered a minor amendment to approved Reclamation Plan #1999-102 and must address the requirements of Lassen County Code, Section 9.60.120 and Public Resources Code, Section 2770(h). An approved IMP may remain in effect for a period not to exceed five years, with two additional five-year extensions available at the request of the applicant.
