Notice of Public Hearing – Lassen County Planning Commission

The Lassen County Planning Commission solicits the aid of public agencies and the general public in consideration of the following item:

Applicant: Matthew & Gina DeForest 

File:Modification of Subdivision Map No. 95089, Bantley Ranch

Project: The applicants are proposing to change a building exclusion area shown on the 

Subdivision Map of Bantley Ranch, as the same is filed in Book 34 of Maps, Pages 65-68, of the Official Records of Lassen County, for Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, from 100-feet to 30-feet. If approved, this would be completed by modification of the original condition requiring this and then by recordation of a certificate of correction in the Official Records of Lassen County.

Location: The applicant’s property is located at 471-800 Bantely Drive Susanville, CA 96130.

Zoning: The parcel is zoned R-1-A-B-2.5 (Single-Family Residential, Agricultural Combining, 2.5-acre Building Site Combining District) and has a land use designation of “Estate Residential” in the Johnstonville Area Plan, 1987.
