Notice of Public Hearing – Lassen County Planning Commission
The Lassen County Planning Commission solicits the aid of public agencies and the general public in consideration of the following item:
Applicant: Andrews, Norton
File:Use Permit #2026-008
Project: Proposal to secure a use permit to allow for an existing permitted residence to remain onsite as a second residence. The subject parcel is 136.5 acres. The proposed project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Section 15303 of the CEQA Guidelines.
Location: The subject parcel is located at 696-785 Gold Run Rd, Susanville, CA 96130.
Zoning: The subject parcel is split zoned R-1-NH-14-AA-D (Single-Family Residential, 14-Acre Natural Habitat, Accessory Animal, Design Combining District) and U-C (Upland Conservation District) and have land use designations of “Estate Residential” and “General Forest” per the Richmond/Gold Run Area Plan, 1993.
