NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

RAVENDALE TERMO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT

LOCAL CONTROL AND ACCOUNTABILITY PLAN AND

BUDGET INSPECTION HEARING NOTICE

Fiscal Year 2022/2023

IN ACCORDANCE WITH ED CODE 52062 AND 42127

 The governing board of Ravendale Termo School District will conduct a Public Hearing in accordance with Education Code, Section 52062 for the 2022-23 Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP), 2022-23 Learning Continuity and Attendance Plan (LCP), and the 2022-2023 LCAP Annual Update, and the Budget Overview for Parents and in accordance with Education Code, Section 42127 for the 2022-23 Budget, on June 15, 2022. The Public Hearing will commence at 8:30 a.m. at Ravendale Termo Elementary School, 709-855 Termo Grasshopper Road, Termo, CA.

The proposed Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP), Learning Continuity and Attendance Plan (LCP), and the LCAP Annual Update, Budget Overview for Parents, and the District’s Budget will be available for Public Inspection at Susanville School District, 109 South Gilman Street, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on June 13 – June 15, 2022.

The adoption of the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP), Learning Continuity and Attendance Plan, LCP Annual Update, and the District’s Budget, will be held on

June 22, 2022 at 8:30 a.m.at Ravendale Termo Elementary School,

708-855 Termo Grasshopper Road, Termo, CA.
