Michael Waldron

Michael Waldron was born Dec. 15, 1943 and died Sept. 13, 2016 at his home in Westwood, California, surrounded by his wife, Margaret, of 49 years.

Michael worked for the LDS Church for 23 years in the custodial department, retiring in 2008. Him and Margaret were avid campers and loved fishing at Fort Bragg, California, and other areas they would travel to. He loved to work in the mountains near their home and the beaches where they traveled.

Michael is survived by wife, Margaret; brother, Billy Wayne Jackson; sisters, Thelma Waldron, of Westminister, California, and Esther Lynn Jackson, of Dunsmuir, California; two grandchildren; daughters, Ann Marie Waldron and Tonia Breamer, of Chico, California.

Service was held Sept. 24 at the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Clear Creek with Burial Westwood Cemetery.

Susan Ward

Susan I. Ward went to be with her husband and her Lord Jesus Christ on Oct. 10, 2016. Born in Chicago, Illinois on May 6, 1939 to Howard and Ruth Moore. Her family moved to Southern California in 1948 where she met her future husband, (Charles) Donald Ward. They were married June 1, 1956. They later moved to Susanville, California and eventually to Alexandria Bay, New York.

Don preceded her in death on June 25, 2004. In April 2013, she moved to Lakeland, Florida.

Surviving are her children, Robert (Gay) Dexter, New York, Debbi Stevens, of Richard, Washington, and Brenda (Bob), of Chester, California; eight grandchildren, and three great grandchildren; sister, Cantlon (Ron) Vreeken; brother, William Moore. A brother, H. James Moore, preceded her in death.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Oct. 13 at the “Chapel” on the Victory Church campus, 1401 Griffin Rd., Lakeland, Florida 33810. Donations in Lieu of flowers may be made to Victory Church Kids Club where she volunteered, 1401 Griffin Rd., Lakeland, Florida 33810.
