PG&E donates $10,000 to CCCSD

The Clear Creek Community Services District announced it has received a $10,000 charitable contribution from Pacific Gas and Electric Company.

PG&E is committed to working together with the communities they serve to build a better California. By fostering strong partnerships with local nonprofits, special districts and schools through their Better Together Giving Program, they’re committed to preserving and building diversity, environmental stewardship and opportunity in our communities.

The Clear Creek Community Services District is part of the Community-based Organizations Direct Program implemented by Pacific Gas and Electric Company that supports communities at high risk for wildfire with a comprehensive approach to improving safety.

As participants in this program, the district has access to educational materials to be shared via social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, email and the Web. Recently shared information included the Five Minute Plan, the contents of an emergency supply kit and the definition of a red flag warning.
