Plumas Bank Announces Four Administrative Promotions to AVP

Plumas Bank, a subsidiary of Plumas Bancorp, has announced the recent promotions of four administrative team specialists to assistant vice president. Katie Brown, has been promoted to AVP, senior dealer services specialist, Sara Croy is now the bank’s AVP, accounting manager, Jamie Huynh has been promoted to AVP, administrative coordinator, and David Schmid is now AVP, IT senior systems administrator.

President and Chief Executive Officer Andrew J. Ryback commented, “These four team members have provided exceptional support to our clients, both internal and external, and have contributed their expertise to the growth and success of Plumas Bank. We congratulate them and look forward to their continued leadership efforts to grow and improve the company.”

Katie Brown, a Quincy native, joined Plumas Bank in 2012. She has been instrumental in growing the bank’s dealer loan portfolio. She continues to elevate the department’s efficiencies and was a key player in helping the department go paperless. Brown is also the certified systems administrator for the bank’s credit scoring system.

 

Sara Croy, a Greenville native, has been with Plumas Bank since 2007. While working full-time at the bank, she continued her education and graduated from Feather River College with an associate degree in business. Plumas Bank encourages team members to receive higher education and helped fund her schooling. While the accounting department is headed up in Quincy, thanks to technology Croy is able to manage the accounting department from the bank’s Klamath Falls loan production office and supervises two additional accounting team members.

Jamie Huynh, a long-time resident of Quincy, joined Plumas Bank in 2019 as the administrative coordinator working with the president, the executive team, and the board of directors. She has expanded her knowledge in SEC and NASDAQ regulations, taken ownership of the bank’s annual proxy filing, and manages our growing investor relations efforts. Huynh is a graduate of Feather River College and Sonoma State University.

 

David Schmid, a Quincy native, recently celebrated his 20-year anniversary at Plumas Bank. As the IT senior systems administrator, he has shown tremendous dedication, flexibility, hard work, and has taken on numerous projects to improve the security and technological aspects of all bank processes. Schmid is also very active in his community; he is a Little League board member and coach, and is the Assistant Chief of the Quincy Volunteer Fire Department.
