Plumas Bank Announces Promotion of Local Branch Leaders Jeb Heiman and Shane Holland
Plumas Bank, a subsidiary of Plumas Bancorp (NASDAQ:PLBC), is pleased to announce the recent promotions of two branch leaders to vice president. Jeb Heiman has been promoted to Vice President, Business Advisor/Branch Manager of the Quincy office, and Shane Holland has been promoted to Vice President, Business Advisor/Branch Manager of the Susanville office.
Jeb Heiman joined Plumas Bank in 2019 as the manager of the Quincy branch. 
Jeb has a passion for building strongrelationships and helping businesses financially succeed. His desire to be deeply involved in the betterment of the community where he was born and raised is an asset to our clients and the bank. Heiman is a Sonoma State University graduate. He enjoys playing basketball, working on home projects, and spending time with his family.
Shane Holland joined the Susanville office as business advisor in 2018. 
He is a seasoned financial professional who advocates for sustainable growth and business engagement in his community. A California native, Holland graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Holland enjoys hiking, mountain-biking, and spending time with his family.
