NOTICE OF SOLICITATION FOR

REQUEST FOR BIDS

The Plumas County Public Health Agency (PCPHA) is soliciting bids from automobile dealerships for two (2) all-wheel drive vehicles. One Minivan, preferably with a trailer hitch and one midsize SUV with an Out-the-Door price of $50,000 for both. PCPHA is seeking vehicles that either meet or exceed the specifications provided below.

The full Solicitation for Request for Bids is available from PCPHA, 270 County Hospital Road, Suite 206, Quincy, CA 95971, 530-283-6459, FAX 530-283-6425.

PCPHA will accept sealed bids through November 13, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. Bids may either be delivered in person or via US mail to the following address: ATTN: Debbie Robinson, PCPHA, 270 County Hospital Road, Suite 206, Quincy, CA  95971.

It is PCPHA’s intent to review bid documents by the close of business on November 14, 2017. It is expected therefore that any successful bidder(s) would be notified by November 17, 2017.

The projected time period for delivery of selected vehicles is by December 15, 2017.
