NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given by the Local Agency Formation Commission that a public hearing will be held on April 10th 2017 at 10:00 AM in the Plumas County Board of Supervisor’s Chambers 520 Main Street, Quincy, California, regarding the following:
- A Municipal Service Review for services provided by the Cromberg Cemetery District, Dixie Valley CSD, Feather River Canyon CSD, Feather River RCD, Graeagle CSD, Johnsville PUD, Meadow Valley Cemetery District, Mohawk Valley Cemetery District, Plumas County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, CSA 7, CSA 10 and CSA 12. LAFCO is required to conduct a Municipal Service Review consistent with the policies and procedures of Plumas LAFCO and the LAFCO Act.
The Hearing Draft Municipal Service Review will be available for review at the LAFCO webpage 14 days prior to the public hearing on the LAFCO website at www.plumaslafco.org
- The Commission will consider the proposed 2017-2018 budget to make an initial determination thereon by the Commission. Any person may be heard regarding the increase, decrease, or omission of any item from the budget or for the inclusion of additional items. The proposed budget document will be available for review 5 days prior to the hearing on the Plumas LAFCO webpage and at the Plumas County Planning Dept., 555 Main St. Quincy, CA.
