The Susanville Police Department is seeking the public’s help following a string of reported vandalism.
According to a statement from the department, officers responded to the area of Fourth and Fifth streets Tuesday, Aug. 25, for multiple reports of vandalism to vehicles. The department already received multiple reports of theft from vehicles in the areas of Cook Street and View Drive.
“We are actively investigating this matter and asking for the public’s assistance in this investigation. If residents in this area of Susanville have video surveillance cameras on their property, please review them. Please contact us if you observed any suspicious activity on the streets listed above or the surrounding area,” read the Tuesday statement.
