Summary of Ordinance No. 352
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORTOLA, COUNTY OF PLUMAS,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DELETING CHAPTER 5.06 AND AMENDING CHAPTER 9.33 AND TITLE 17 OF THE PORTOLA MUNICIPAL CODE
Ordinance No. 352 was adopted by the City of Portola City Council, at its meeting held on November 28, 2018 by the following vote: AYES – Mayor Morton, Mayor Pro Tem Cooley, Councilmember Powers, Councilmember Oels, and Councilmember Reynolds, NOES – None, ABSTAIN – None, ABSENT – None.
Ordinance No. 352 was introduced and the second reading waived at the City Council of the City of Portola regular meeting held on November 14, 2018 and approved at its November 28, 2018 regular meeting per applicable statute.
Summary: Ordinance No. 352 deleted Chapter 5.06 and amended Chapter 9.33 and Title 17 of the Portola Municipal Code.
