ORDINANCE NO. 2018-C
AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE PLUMAS EUREKA COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT RELATED TO FEES, RATES AND CHARGES
Notice is hereby given that on June 27, 2018, the Board of Directors of the Plumas Eureka Community Services District will consider the adoption of Ordinance No. 2018-C. The following is a summary of the proposed Ordinance:
- The Ordinance will increase user fees for water and wastewater (sewer) services provided by the District. These increases will occur over a five-year period with an initial increase August 1, 2018, and future increases on July 1, 2019-2023.
