To Interested Bidder:

Your firm is invited to submit a Bid under seal to Grizzly Lake Community Services District (GLCSD) for a project located near the existing water system in Delleker Subdivision at Portola, CA. The Owner will receive Bids until 2:00 p.m. local time on the 29nd day of September, 2017, for the following project:

  • Installation of up to three potable water test wells, completing pump and water quality testing, and associated items.

A mandatory Bidders Conference is scheduled with a site visit for September 18th at 11:00 a. m. local time, at the offices of the Grizzly Lake Community Services District, 119 Delleker Road, Portola, CA.

Documents can only be obtained by Bidders at the following locations: Placer County Builder’s Exchange, 250 Conference Center Drive, Roseville, CA

Valley Contractor’s Exchange, 951 East 8th Street, Chico, CA

Shasta Builder’s Exchange, 5800 Airport Road, Redding, CA

Nevada County Contractors’ Association, 149 Crown Point Ct., Grass Valley, CA. 95945.

Copies of the Contract Documents may also be obtained from GLCSD upon payment by nonrefundable check to the GRIZZLY LAKE COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT of $20.00 for each set.

The Owner requires the Project to be substantially completed in 45 calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed and all items need to be completed within 60 days.

The Contractor shall possess a valid State of California Class C-57 – Water Well Drilling Contractor License at the time of submitting the bid, and shall have the ability to be bonded throughout the entire project.

The Bid will be required to be submitted on the provided Bid Form under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission.

The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids. Incomplete Bids will be rejected.
