Lassen County’s Public Health Department announced COVID-19 testing sites for the week.
A drive-through clinic will be held at the public health department from 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday, July 7.
A drive-through clinic will be held at the public health department from 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 8.
A drive-through clinic will be held at the public health department from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday, July 9.
A drive-through clinic will be held at the public health department from 1 to 4 p.m. Friday, July 10.
According to a statement from the county’s public information team, it’s taking a while to get some of the test results back.
“The Public Health Department is working hard to get the results out as soon as possible,” according to the statement.”
Negative results will be texted to the client, and if everyone is calling to ask about their results, it makes it harder for health care workers to do their job.
