Public Health survey seeks local COVID-19 vaccine data

Seeking local information, Lassen County Public Health has created a confidential survey to collect data from the community on COVID-19 vaccination numbers. The data will assist in planning and preparation of vaccine efforts in the future.

The local department asks residents to complete the survey and share it with friends and family to help them gather as much information as they can.
