SAC Wireless, LLC is proposing to modify an existing wireless telecommunications facility on an existing self supporting lattice tower located at 444-500 Milford Grade Road, Milford, Lassen Co., CA 96121. The modifications will consist of the collocation of antennas at a centerline height of 147ft above ground level (AGL) and the collocation of a lightning rod at an overall height of 155ft AGL on the existing 150ft tall self-supporting lattice tower. Additionally, new support equipment will be installed at ground level within the existing lease area.
