REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

 TO PROVIDE SUSTAINABLE GROUNDWATER MANAGEMENT ACT (SGMA) GROUNDWATER SUSTAINABILITY PLAN (GSP) IMPLEMENTATION FOR THE COUNTY OF LASSEN AND THE COUNTY OF MODOC, ACTING AS THE GROUNDWATER SUSTAINABILITY AGENCIES (GSAs) FOR THE BIG VALLEY GROUNDWATER BASIN

The County of Lassen and the County of Modoc invites sealed proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide SGMA GSP implementation for the County of Lassen and the County of Modoc, acting as the GSAs for the Big Valley Groundwater Basin.

Sealed proposals will be received by the County of Lassen’s Department of Planning and Building Services, Attn: Gaylon Norwood, 707 Nevada Street Suite 5, Susanville, CA 96130, by mail or in person by Monday, October 31, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. Proponents will be notified in writing of contract award. Lassen County and Modoc County reserve the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids.
