REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
for
HOMEKEY PROJECTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Housing and Grants Division of Lassen County Health and Social Services is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Homekey Projects. The County is seeking proposals from qualified entities to collaborate with the County on the development of housing for people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.
The Homekey Program is an opportunity through the California Department of Housing and Community Development to develop a broad range of housing types, including but not limited to hotels, motels, hostels, single family homes and multifamily apartments, adult residential facilities, manufactured housing, and to convert commercial properties and other existing buildings to interim or permanent housing.
The RFP and any addenda to the RFP can be obtained from the County of Lassen Housing and Grants Division website at: https://www.lassencounty.org/dept/housing-and-grants/public-notices. Proposals must be received vial mail or email no later than 5:00 PM on June 20, 2023.
