Dr Shirley:
I wish to comment on this statement you have made: “Voting by mail is secure, reliable, and part of California’s tradition of giving voters more days and more ways to cast their ballot.” said Secretary of State Shirley N. Weber”

Ma’am, you apparently are not updated on the many different ways that have recently been discovered to cause Calf voting system as being wrought with ways of election fraud.
Hence, this statement is invalid.
