Rollover crash leads to DUI arrest

The California Highway Patrol arrested a Chino, California man for suspicion of driving under the influence following a rollover crash on Eagle Lake Road about 2:55 a.m. Friday, Feb. 19.

According to a statement from the CHP, Kevin Mack, 51, of Chino, left Lake Forest heading to Susanville, when due to his alleged high level of intoxication, he failed to negotiate a curve and rolled his 1997 Toyota 4Runner.

Upon investigation, an officer arrested Mack for DUI and booked him into the Lassen County Jail.

The CHP reminds motorists to never drink and drive.
