Santa’s Sleigh Days raises holiday spirits
Hey there Lassen County, are you ready for Christmas?
Well, here’s a great way to kick off your local shopping spree — the Santa’s Sleigh Days promotion sponsored by 21 local businesses offers customers a great way to win cash and prizes while shopping locally.
Check out the advertising supplement in today’s issue of the Lassen County Times, the Westwood PinePress and the Chester Progressive.
The promotion begins today, Tuesday, Nov. 27 and continues through Monday, Dec. 3, and local shoppers have a chance to enter and win their share of more than $500 in shopping spree money!
You can also support local seniors during Santa’s Sleigh Days by bringing a donation of non-expired, non-perishable food items or an unwrapped gift to the Lassen County Times office, 100 Grand Avenue, by Monday, Dec. 3 to be entered to win one of two $50 shopping sprees. Gift ideas include slippers, gloves, socks, scarves, hats, games, toiletries, local gift cards, flashlights, emergency supplies, fun gifts and more. All items will be donated to the Lassen Senior Center.
This year’s participating merchants include: All Season Heating & Air, Inc.; Billington Ace Hardware; Diamond Mountain Casino, Hotel & Brewery; Every Bloomin’ Thing; Honey Lake Firearms; Iron Horse Gym; Johnson’s Shoes; Lassen Community College Student Union; Lassen County Fair; Lassen County Times; Lassen Municipal Utility District; Les Schwab Tire Center; Margie’s Book Nook; Milwood Florist & Treats Pet Supply; Payless Building Supply; Pet Station; Sears Hometown Store; Sierra Jewelry Company; Susanville Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & Ram; The Elegant Iris & The Men’s Den; and, Zaengles Carpet One Floor & Home.
There are just too many other prizes offered by local business to list, and you won’t want to miss the special promotion on Friday, Nov. 30 when participating sponsors offer free appetizers and hors d’oeuvres while supplies last.
