The second Moderna shots for those who went through Lassen County Public Health’s March 17 Drive-Through COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic are scheduled for 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 14.
Located at Lassen Community College, there is a guaranteed supply for all second doses.
Those participating should bring an ID and the COVID-19 vaccine card given at the first visit.
Forms need to be filled out again and are available at lassencares.org. They will also be available at the site for those without access to a printer.
