Semi-truck goes over embankment, no injuries reported

No injuries were reported after a semi-truck went over an embankment on Highway 139 this morning.

According to a post from the California Highway Patrol — Susanville, at approximately 10:20 a.m., a Fed-Ex semi-truck was southbound on Highway 139, when the driver lost control on Antelope Grade and went over the edge of the embankment. Fortunately, this was a non-injury collision. Caltrans and Lassen County Sheriff Deputies assisted with traffic control. Crews are on scene and clearing the vehicle from the hillside.
