Yesterday officers from the Susanville Police Department arrested a Colusa man facing a murder charge in

Sutter County.
According to a statement from the SPD, on Thursday, June 25 the Sutter County District Attorney’s Office requested assistance in serving a $1 million warrant on a murder suspect believed to be in the Susanville area.
About 7:50 p.m. Thursday, officers located and arrested Tony Daniel Kesterson, 29. He was booked into the Lassen County Jail on charges of murder, gross vehicular manslaughter, driving under the influence with bodily injury and driving with a blood alcohol concentration of .08 percent or higher.
