SPD issues 16 citations during traffic enforcement operation

The Susanville Police Department conducted a traffic safety enforcement operation Thursday, Aug. 17.

The SPD issued 16 citations and completed 36 traffic stops during this enforcement operation.

The SPD would like to remind the public to wear their seatbelt and obey all traffic laws.

The SPD would like to thank the Lassen County Sheriff’s Department Dispatch Center for their assistance during this operation.

Funding for this program is provided by a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety, through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
