The Susanville Police Department has released is August crime statistics.
According to a statement from the SPD, the department responded to 1,011 incidents including 542 calls for service, 469 officer-initiated events, 176 business/building checks and 11 vehicle/pedestrian checks.
Officers issued 121 reports, including eight collisions, 77 criminal, 34 information and two unclassified.
Officers also made 35 arrests, including eight adult felony arrests and 27 misdemeanor arrests (25 adults and 2 juvenile).
Officers issued 96 citations — two infractions, 19 misdemeanors, 69 traffic violations and six parking violations.
