Superhero 5k supports CASA

Staff

The Lassen County community joined together on Aug. 21 for a superhero 5K race to raise funds and support for Court Appointed Special Advocates. The CASA community works with children in need of an advocate to ensure the voice of each child is heard. The 5K brought the community together in a fun way to provide support for a serious issue. Here, the DC characters take the lead of the superhero runners as they start the race.
