Supes meet tomorrow morning

The Lassen County Board of Supervisors meets at 9 a.m. tomorrow, Tuesday, April 16, at the Board Chambers, 707 Nevada St.

The supervisors hold a closed session meeting at 9 a.m. to discuss liability claim filed by Frontier Communications. The open session begins at 9:30 a.m.

Items on the agenda include Public Comment; Unagendized Reports by Board Members; the Information/Consent Calendar: Board of Supervisors ($250 from Supervisor Tom Neely’s discretionary fund for the Susanville Indian Rancheria Powwow, $300 from Supervisor Jason Ingram’s discretionary fund for the Susanville Indian Rancheria Powwow, $500 from Supervisor Aaron Albaugh’s discretionary fund for the Susanville Indian Rancheria Powwow); County Clerk: (Minutes from the March 12 and March 19 meetings); Health and Social Services: (Lease agreement with Leaf Capital Funding for a copier, and a wrap-around agreement with Lassen Family Services); Office of Emergency Services: (NorCal Ems presentation and NorCal EMS contract modification); Planning and Building Services: (Environmental Health Vehicle Replacement and an agricultural exemption for greenhouses); Miscellaneous Correspondence Items; Department Repots: Health and Social Services (amendment to agreement between the county and A&A Health Services and a report on the CalWORKS System Improvement Plan); Information Services: (Public Meeting Streaming report); Planning and Building Services: (proposals for Regional Area Plan Update), County Administrative Office: information for Board of Supervisors.
