Supes meet Tuesday morning

The Lassen County Board of Supervisors meet at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15.

The meeting begins with a call to order at 9 a.m., followed by a closed session to discuss a significant exposure to litigation (if needed); existing litigation (Singh vs. Lassen County); and a liability claim by an unidentified party.

Opening ceremonies begin at 9:30 a.m. Business before the board includes: A public hearing on Health and Human services 5-year plan and a Permanent Local Housing Allocation; a report on snow removal policy by public works; a presentation by the Lassen Fire Safe Council; an agreement between Partnership HealthPlan of California and Lassen County Behavioral Health; a Community Social Services Agreement between the California Department of Social Services and Lassen County Social Service; a memorandum of understanding regarding the Housing and Homelessness Incentive Program between Lasse County and the Partnership HealthPlan of California; adoption of a joint resolution between the California Department of Housing and Community Development and Lassen County; a Public Health Agreement for training of disease interventions employees; fleet vehicle purchases; department reports from the county clerk-recorder; county counsel; planning and building services; public works; and the county administrative office.

The next planned board of supervisors meeting will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 22.
