Susanville Community Easter Egg Hunt provides morning of fun

Local youth spent Saturday morning on the hunt for Easter eggs filled with treats and surprises.

During the April 3 Susanville Community Easter Egg hunt, presented by SusanvilleStuff and the Lassen County Fair, local families flocked to the fairgrounds for some morning fun.

With the sound of the alarm, youth in the 2- to 4-year-old age group hunt for eggs during the community egg hunt.

Four different hunts were divided up by age groups, and each hunt featured one golden egg that could be turned in for an Easter basket prize.

Sponsors include Safeway, Honey Lake TV, T&S Trucking, Dollar Tree, Lassen County District Attorney, Golden 1 Credit Union, Zaengles Home and Floor, Menath Insurance, James and Sophia Wages, the Junior Fair Board, Diamond Mountain Casino, and Base Camp Coffee provided coffee.
