The Susanville Planning Commission meets at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 12 at the City Council Chambers, 66 N. Lassen St.
Items on the agenda include: Business from the floor; consent items (minutes for Aug. 8 meeting); new business (Resolution No. 23-1163 canceling the assessment of civil penalties of $10,000 against Lloyd T. Harvey; a discussion regarding upcoming state-mandated ordinances related to housing projects and accessory dwelling units; and a discussion regarding the Susanville Planning Commission’s assignment as other various boards and commissions for the city of Susanville.
The commission’s next regular meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 26.
