The city of Susanville announces its main office at City Hall is temporarily closed.
According to a statement from the city, “We are currently experiencing technical difficulties that have eliminated our ability to use phones or process payments and/or permits.
Our provider has technicians on their way to address our issue and get us going again. Until further notice, City Hall has been closed until we can rectify the issue.
“This issue is isolated to City Hall and has not affected the operating of other city services — police, fire and public works.
“We appreciate your patience while we work this issue. We will make a notification immediately after our technical issue is repaired. Thank you for your patience.”
