Technical difficulties with LMUD text alert system

According to a statement from the Lassen Municipal Utility District, “Due to changes in the way cell phone carriers handle text alerts, LMUD is experiencing technical difficulties with our outage text alert system. We are working on resolving this issue with our text alert provider and believe it will be resolved within 24 to 48 hours. In the meantime, for up-to-date outage information, please visit our Facebook page,www.facebook.com/lassenmud, or our outage center at www.lmud.org/customer-service/outage-center.”
