As manager of the Modoc Junior All Star Baseball team, I would like to extend my gratitude and appreciation to tournament director Cesar Gonsalez and his staff for the excellent management of the recently concluded Little League Junior Baseball tournament held at Memorial Park, a wonderful venue for our neck of the woods. I also thank the chief of umpires Casey Lee and his crew of Ed Lively, Steve Warren and Tony Carvahlo, Jr. for their excellent performance behind the plate and on the field of play.
