There’s still time to register for the Paiute Meadows Trail Run
The Saturday, May 8, Paiute Meadows Trail Run at Susanville Ranch Park is back in action this year, and there are still a few days left to register for the scenic run that features some of the area’s best trails.
The run, put on by Lassen Land and Trails Trust in partnership with the Bizz Running Company, showcases the region’s premiere trail system, and features three races: A 4.5-mile course that is the conrnerstone of all race distances, a 50K and a Half-Marathon, which deliver an experience to rival any course.
Exclusively on single-track trails, runners experience breathtaking views, fully-stocked aid stations, excellent race swag, and a first-class finish line party.
This year, there will be several COVID-19 safety measures in place, including no same day registration. Those hoping to participate should register online by May 7. The registration price increases tomorrow, May 1. Facemasks and social distancing are required at the start and finish.
The 50k start time is at 6:30 a.m., the Half-Marathon follows at at 7:30 a.m. and the 4.5 mile starts at 8:30 a.m.
Click here to register for the run. There will be registration for all races at packet pickup at the Train Depot on Friday, May 7.
