Thirty-Day Notice of Proposal to Implement Developer Fees

To Whom It May Concern,
A public hearing will be held by the Governing Board of the Shaffer Union Elementary District at its regular meeting of June 28, 2022 in which the Board will consider a resolution implementing school facilities fees in accordance with Education Code 17620. The meeting will be held at 6:00p.m. in the Board room of the district office, located at 722-055 Highway 395 North, Litchfield, CA 96117.
Further information on the costs of school services and facilities and on other available revenue, including the general fund, will be available at the District office as of April 26, 2022.
