Tree hazard needs to be removed

When is Caltrans (or other authority) going to take down the dead burnt pine that is hanging over the north side Highway 36 at Mile Post 17.16, near the bridge over Susan River?

I have been watching this tree since the fire, and it will rot and fall eventually, and it will fall over Highway 36 possibly injuring or killing someone.
I realize that Caltrans has its hands full doing other important stuff, like fixing the botch job on the ‘goodfred’ paving project over Fredonyer, but this tree should be a priority. If they can’t find a timber faller to do the job, I know someone who can.
