Utility hosts annual Customer Appreciation Celebration this week

Lassen Municipal Utility District is holding it’s annual Customer Appreciation Celebration this week, and customers may enter to win prizes as they partake in the free barbecue.

The event is set for 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 9. They will be serving their famous 1/4lb all-beef hotdogs, chips, cold drinks and dessert.

Customers may also sign-up to win one of three $100 LMUD Energy Gift Cards. This year the utility will return to its traditional seated lunch, however, they will also offer a “grab-n-go” option.
