Veterans of Foreign Wars lunch honors Vietnam veterans

The Veterans of Foreign Wars, William Davidson Post 2381, hosts a free lunch for veterans and their families at noon Saturday, April 2 downstairs in the Veterans Memorial Hall.

Ron Wood, the VFW’s District 8 Commander, said the free lunch is for all veterans and their families, but it is not open to the public. He said the luncheon is being held in lieu of the Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day celebration this year.
