Due to extreme wildfire conditions and risk to lives and property, W. M. Beaty & Associates, Inc. is closing its managed timberland in Lassen, Plumas, Modoc, Shasta, and Siskiyou counties. This closure will begin Monday, June 21, and remain in effect until further notice.
Beaty and Associates takes its commitment to protecting the forest resources they manage, as well as public safety seriously. With this year’s extreme drought conditions bringing significant wildfire risk, the difficult decision has been made to close these lands to public access and recreation.
The public’s use of Beaty managed roads and walk-in access to their managed timberlands will not be allowed.
