The Susanville City Council invites the public to discuss the city’s possible legal action to slow or stop the closure of the California Correctional Center at a special meeting that begins at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 14 at City Hall. Public comment is allowed before the closed session begins.
During closed session the council will discuss anticipated litigation, appointment of a city administrator, evaluation of a city administrator and an approved position list.
The council will return to open session at 5 p.m. to consider the rest of its agenda.
