The Lassen County Architectural Review Committee meets at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 3 to consider a design review for the 12,000 square foot indoor recycling center for the redemption of California Redemption Value recyclables at 472-445 Diamond Crest Road.

The recycling center was approved through a conditional use permit.
