The Lassen Municipal Utility District Board of Directors holds its monthly meeting at 5:30 p.m. tomorrow, Tuesday, Aug. 27 at 65 S. Roop St.
Items on the agenda include a Financial Report (cash position, check register, YTD budget/expense update for Skedaddle Substation project, key financial metrics and budget-to-actual income statement); Report from General Manager (meetings attended, report of upcoming meetings and conferences, updates on major ongoing projects (Skedaddle Substation, new resource options and Hayden Hill line); and a Report from Electric Operations Manager.
Other items on the agenda include consideration of the general manager’s purchasing limit, a cash flow analysis, a quarterly review of the district’s Power and Delivery Cost Analysis Worksheet (no rate change recommended), an update to the district’s social media policy, an agreement with WAPA and the Susanville Indian Rancheria to accept SIR’s base resource allocation, action on bids to purchase three pickup trucks, acceptance of bids for the Skedaddle and Shaffer grading and fencing, and a closed session conference with legal counsel regarding potential litigation.
The board’s next regularly scheduled meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 24.
