The Lassen Municipal Utility District Board of Directors meets at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 24 at the district office, 65 S. Roop St.
Items on the agenda include Public Comment; Staff Member Reports (Public Power Week, Oct, 7 10 Oct 11; EV grant update; and Recap of Customer Appreciation BBQ); Board Member Reports; approval of minutes from the Aug. 27 meeting; Financial Report (cash position, check register, YTD budget/expense update on Skedaddle Substation project, key financial metrics and budget-to-actual income statement); Report from general manager (meetings attended, updates on major ongoing projects (Skedaddle substation, new resource options and Hayden Hill line update); Report from electric operations manager; approval of senior accountant job description; organizational chart update; two change orders at Skedaddle Substation; a design proposal for Milwood capacitor bank addition; ratification of Hat Creek Construction service contract; and closed session to discuss significant exposure to litigation.
The LMUD Board of Directors next meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22.
