According to a Facebook post from the Diamond Mountain Speedway race promoters, we are sad to announce we can’t run races this weekend. We tried everything we could to get them funded and (I) even put my personal race stuff for sale to help finish the year out, but simply we are out of time. We got the contract so late that a lot of local businesses already had their sponsorship monies put out to other people. We will be doing everything we can to lock down a schedule and a couple of bigger payouts for some certain events next year. We are not allowed to race after Aug. 31 due to the fairgrounds already has other commitments. We deeply apologize, and this way everyone can go support other tracks and make plans for this weekend. If you have any ideas or sponsors for next year, please personal message me or my wife.
