Today, the California Democratic Party voted to officially endorse State Senator Mike McGuire’s campaign for Congress in the First Congressional District. McGuire now becomes the only candidate endorsed by the Democratic Party in the district.

The California Democratic Party joins dozens of national, state and local unions and organizations, Governor Gavin Newsom, Senator Adam Schiff, Senator Alex Padilla, Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi, Congressman Mike Thompson, Congressman Jared Huffman, every Democratic County Supervisor in District 1,and dozens of local elected officials in endorsing McGuire’s campaign.
