A crook should never be allowed to control the government of or by or for the people

It seems to me that the MAGA movement is not about making anything great. What is great about blatantly refusing to follow the US Constitution?

I have had moments of rebellion and have taken what was coming to me when I had no justification for acting outside the law. The great thing about those rebel acts was, win or lose, I learned something about the reasons we have laws to begin with.

I wonder what has been great about the way this administration has performed in the name of his supporters? Putting his name on buildings that have been dedicated for the purpose of recognizing and remembering the greatness of others is more of an act of theft, in my opinion. I would say that the majority of people do not find theft an act of greatness at all.

Laws have been created and enforced for as long as history as existed. By slapping the Trump name on a building that was approved of and funded by the American Congress and taxpayers to celebrate and memorialize the memory of John F. Kennedy, a great crime against a truly great American President has been committed.

When a court ordered that the Trump name be removed, the MAGA response has been to deny the authority of the courts and the law and the will of the American People.

This character flaw of the MAGA movement is not inspirational. It is not great, and making more of it is not worth the effort or cost it will take to make things worthy of dedicating and celebrating any behavior in our future.

Case in point. I was driving a pick-up truck while pulling an empty trailer for work related reasons but was driving slightly over the speed limit. A CHP pulled me over and gave me a ticket for driving at just slightly above the 65 MPH limit. I argued that the posted speed limit was for 65, except for tractor trailers or cars with trailers.

I said the traffic signs, “autos towing trailers and trucks with trailers” are limited to 55 MPH because pulling heavy loads are dangerous and hard to control when quick stops and fast reactions are needed. He said that was not correct, and that I was going to have to go to court and tell it to the judge.

In court, the judge did not care that pickup trucks are not cars, or that when simi trucks but not pickup trucks are required to be inspected when they cross state lines. I had to pay the fine.

However, you will now notice that the traffic signs have changed and now say all vehicles towing trailers. I broke a law, but the law was made clearer to avoid confusion. We need to clarify the law again that says anyone can become president of the United States of America. A crook should never be allowed to control the government of or by or for the people.
