Here’s a roundup of actions taken by the Clear Creek Community Services District Board of Directors at its Thursday, Aug. 6 meeting.

The Clear Creek Community Services District Board of Directors — Debbie Jennings-Meeks, secretary/treasurer, left; Steve Sader, general manager; Taryn Purcell; Jasmine Conner, chair; Debra Erickson; and Randy Meeks, fire chief. Two board members were absent.

The board unanimously approved the minutes from its May 7 meeting; the minutes from its May 28 meeting; May 2026 expenditures; June 2026 expenditures; July 2026 expenditures; a resolution regarding an appropriation limit calculations; a resolution regarding the special fire tax secured assessment collection; a resolution regarding openings on the board for the November general election; adoption of the 2026-2027 budget; a resolution regarding conflicts of interest; and a resolution regarding the $25 per month water service availability fee.

Nor-Cal EMS recognizes the Clear Creek Volunteer Fire Department.

The board tabled consideration of hiring an auditor due to a legal question. There was no public comment.
