2025 Rotary Youth Instrumental Music Contest
Susanville Sunrise Rotary is sponsoring a local Instrumental Music Contest. Prize money will be awarded at each level of competition. Local contest date is 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb 27. Student applications can be picked up in the front office. Call Patty Gunderson at (530) 310-2016 with any questions.

ASVAB
If you took the ASVAB – the ASVAB test score reading will be at 8 a.m. tomorrow, Feb. 6 in the Library Computer Lab.

Deposits for your Senior Trip are being accepted now through Feb. 28. Please see Sara in the Attendance Office for more information.
Juniors
Would you like to run for ASB office your senior year? Make sure you have ASB on your senior class schedule and see which position would interest you. President – Run meetings and handle executive decisions. Vice President – Looks over finances and delegated jobs of president. Secretary – Takes minutes for meetings. Director of Assemblies – Plan and host assemblies (Boy and Girl). Social Media – Runs all social media platforms.
Sports
Softball Meeting
There will be a Softball meeting today at the beginning of lunch at the front gate. Contact Dan Paez with any questions.
Varsity Softball Open Gym
Varsity Softball Open Gym 10 a.m. to noon this Saturday, Feb. 8 in the small gym.
Run, Jump, Throw
Reminder that open conditioning for track and field will be from 3:20 to 4:30 p.m. Feb. 11-13. Meet at the track and dress warmly. Tryouts start 3:30 to 5 p.m. Feb. 18. Sports physicals are required to tryout.
Baseball Open Gyms
Baseball open gyms will be after school on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays until tryouts.
